However, Utrecht is a unique city of its own blending historic architecture with modern amenities.&nbsp;<\/p><p>When you are looking for a bite to eat, it also has a combination of super-stylish and relaxed restaurants. Our two pics are the cosy <a href=\"http:\/\/twintig-utrecht.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twintig<\/a> and the friendly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frietwinkel.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Frietwinkel<\/a>. With several districts spread across the city and an abundance of attractions, there won\u2019t be a dull moment during your interrailing trip here.<\/p><p>For example, you could head over to the Cube Houses and be in awe at the awe-inspiring design of them, take in the city views from the <a href=\"https:\/\/euromast.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Euromast<\/a> or view European art from the likes of Dali to Rembrandt at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boijmans.nl\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Food-wise, there are plenty of lively restaurants and cafes to pick from, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafeinthecity.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cafe in the City<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.termarschco.nl\/termarschco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Termaschco<\/a>. It also has a bustling town square and is host to many annual festivals.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Due to its popularity with tourists and residents alike, there is a large variety of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. But two that stand out due to their stylish decor and delicious menu is <a href=\"https:\/\/restaurantmandalin.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Restaurant Mandalin<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oak34.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oak 34<\/a>.
