That&#8217;s because we&#8217;ve introduced some new features to the site to make planning an Interrail trip even easier. A lot of the new additions have been created after listening to user feedback &#8211; we really love it when we hear from our users so please give us a shout via social media or email with any suggestions. We have designed the notes feature as a place to store this info, so it\u2019s nicely categorised on a location basis.<\/span><\/p><div class=\"inter-content_2\" style=\"margin-top: 20px;margin-bottom: 20px;\" id=\"inter-1148471617\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4633244982126279\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4633244982126279\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7158573474\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To implement the feature we added a new icon to the right-hand panel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/G0sX12XIICjSWtvd3nIvqlunWLzZ17Wxu1Q6UIEer3YLPaX2arSuvMJthRJzKTRvMW5y_hSf7zouUC1rEQwbiU0FZUCrdlmLCl8VgRlzj7HSxT1jq7BD1l2kb_97dxyrVtpz_DR0\" width=\"392\" height=\"160\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clicking on the note icon will open up a window for you to create your note.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/jdlyL0bfStheM3cJvnl4ITveTWwS16WlwKaM_i3MMmMsBMJhwqt9lA0BMRG-hHRC9SfoZ9mHmpUNi7S9BEti5NwITcoFOoPzbXYVJnwM5hSf8O29tEdRonXwf7lxevC-JaiD8xSg\" width=\"254\" height=\"252\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can add whatever you like: reminders, recommendations, points of interest, website links &#8211; anything that&#8217;s relevant to the location, or not &#8211; it\u2019s up to you! The notes feature enables you to keep even more in the same place so no more scribbling down tips on random scraps of paper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/GTP_wt-i9E1e-dWxUbJl8xG5YeHBB0DB5WNH08fbGMmmC35gF4qhF7-2FKrlSTO7Rai2JeuaYsCpAHjOKuuIhHmwt41ZZTDE3pFyy6tYAMNZXf5fHQ_fEzwmchz4ILi4WnS50iDW\" width=\"389\" height=\"158\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The icon will glow a beautiful yellow to indicate that you&#8217;ve got a note for a location.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Insert a new location<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We were silly not to have this from the outset really, but you can now insert another destination to your route between two existing destinations. Previously, this wasn&#8217;t possible without deleting several locations and re-doing your Interrail route, which wasn\u2019t a great way of doing things. This has all changed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The plus icon allows you to easily add a new location in between two other locations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/c1TQOFGhLI7vK6Upi_TaNai7ssN6YfTJ5Q8SoAliyAtHOH2zktmbs-qJuRmGuZd2LgU2THSe95okBzV27DQ6kxXnUXQBMlqpi_nUrUFfFSbHCDrd6pcnfFZ0Y4gVwIIDma8iydvZ\" width=\"276\" height=\"206\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clicking on it will bring up the insert location window.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/lqIZg9R-ysBcNcXsGhNdY6OJMW9IZbflwzM89BZdAqXEuXan5MWe51dPW5HiX02_SnsW8b0yASk6JifNkpI6HcU5r_zvAz4p4EFx_VpH9abpnVsAtj1V2kgcRwe61ZtDYdJOYmbR\" width=\"285\" height=\"234\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And clicking save will, in this example, insert Zurich between Paris and Munich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/b557SwguNpNiupsoazpa9yu7FfZSyMYnX45HQiPDiEyp--HeS2n_QRpg-ipiM9RCHM56YGdGQ8TX1StHGtPRsH58KrjqNlRuqQeFaIjG5Yh6hHhRrZpKnUtOsnLxXQW6md0kSTgH\" width=\"286\" height=\"249\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Find things to do<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finding great activities in each of your Interrail destinations is now possible through Interrail Planner. We have teamed up with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getyourguide.com\/?partner_id=RBQQWSJ&amp;cmp=NewFeaturesBlogPost\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GetYourGuide<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to make sure you don&#8217;t miss out on those tours, attractions, and events that sell out quickly. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getyourguide.com\/berlin-l17\/berlin-brandenburg-gate-reichstag-dome-walking-tour-t49684\/?partner_id=RBQQWSJ&amp;cmp=NewFeaturesBlogPost\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit the Reichstag in Berlin<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, go white water rafting near Split , or tour the fjords from Oslo by utilising our handy new icon. Clicking it will take you directly to GetYourGuide, displaying results of things to do when you are in Munich, for example.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/fm4WT7osjqw7zNLDKDCPToACwrl5u0c0EWijJpECSC4D46WJed-49ZTlInsLs7dk42nhOtiM0Xeg6xUOzJYCAU2HB7MROSVrmbaxQMVqsZa9qEhOCIJQq07Flz165vjVuMasywig\" width=\"302\" height=\"99\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>More seat reservation options<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Making seat reservations for your Interrail trip is quite possibly one of the hardest things to do on the internet. Our app already enables you to search for seat reservations with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acprail.com\/#540cd5c088167\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACP Rail<\/a>, but now you have the option to search with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=5667&amp;awinaffid=199445&amp;clickref=&amp;p=http%3A%2F%2Fuk.voyages-sncf.com%2Fen%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voyages SNCF<\/a> too, and also click through to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=6005&amp;awinaffid=199445&amp;ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.interrail.eu%2Fen%2Fbook-reservations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Interrail.eu Reservations Service<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/DdplcvmpiIvrRuWm3leagrGE2HG121TCU4Awb0qkb4lG9E9ZYyuxuVQ0N425XvBtIgzSib841gdioT-nBODStfits-MW_zeSmk_eeQFB-zxVcCCA7oBN10RgJZx0i75FH-MYcQI8\" width=\"349\" height=\"213\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We really hope these changes will make the website more useful to you and further enhance the Interrail planning process.
